Who We Are

ACS was founded in 2010 to support builders across Victoria. We saw a gap: while volume builders had systems, studios, and supplier deals in place; smaller builders didn’t. So, we created a service to level the playing field, offering access to the same tools, expertise, and efficiencies without needing to scale up.

Here’s how we support you across the project lifecycle:

1. Design – Gallerie Selection Studios

Our Gallerie Studios are purpose-built selection centres showcasing the best in Australian building and design. Our Port Melbourne studio spans over 800m² and is the largest of its kind. We also have interior design studios in Bendigo and Ballarat to support regional builders.

Your clients meet with qualified interior designers who guide them through their selections, document everything clearly, and help finalise upgrades. This not only improves the client experience but reduces errors and time spent managing selections.

All selections are tracked through our custom-built platform, ConSmart, designed to keep builders in the loop and on track.

2. Estimation – Pay-As-You-Go

Our estimating team helps you reduce paperwork and quote-chasing. You get accurate, professional estimates that keep your costs tight and predictable.

We manage supplier quote requests and compile everything you need to produce compliant purchase orders. Use our estimation services only when you need them meaning no lock-in contracts.

3. Procurement – Built for Builders

We don’t just help you estimate. We help you order and save. Our procurement team works directly with leading suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable service.

Our price file ensures you’re always quoting with up-to-date costs. With over 2,000 homes built per year by our builder members, we have buying power that works in your favour.
